What registering does — and does not — do

- does not guarantee that you will be contacted, invited to a release, or offered any particular residence or price; and
- does not create any contract, agreement to agree, or legal relationship between you and us other than under these terms.
A residence is only secured when a contract for sale has been exchanged in accordance with its terms and the deposit has been paid. We may decline any registration, and may stop sending communications to any registrant, at our discretion.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to use this website and to submit the registration form. If you register on behalf of a company, trust or another person, you warrant that you are authorised to do so.
This website is directed to persons in Australia. We make no representation that the Project or its marketing complies with the laws of any other country. If you access this website from outside Australia, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
The information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is true, accurate, current and complete, and that you will not submit another person's details without their permission.
